House Use and Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is required at check-in. The deposit will be released after the apartment inspection at check-out.

The deposit amounts are as follows:

One-Bedroom Apartment: AED 2,000.00

Two- and Three-Bedroom Apartments: AED 2,500.00

Early check-in and late checkout are subject to request and availability, with a charge of AED 150 per hour.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. A fine of AED 3,500.00 will be imposed to cover deep cleaning and sanitation expenses.

For lost access cards, a fee of AED 500 per card will be charged.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
